The resort’s 363 beautifully decorated condominiums range in size from one to three bedrooms. All have wide private terraces with unobstructed ocean views, open floor plan living areas featuring contemporary European designer furniture, and fully equipped kitchens with imported stone counters and stainless appliances including in-Suite washer and dryer and an array of resort-style amenities for the whole family. Signature features include a permanent curated art collection on view throughout the resort’s public spaces and an elegant lobby with soaring ceilings and sleek Italian furnishings.

- Mandatory Departure Cleaning : This service will be performed automatically once you vacate your vacation rental. A Departure Cleaning charge will be automatically applied to your bill based on the table below. The service consists of:
- Changing of linen and terry (towels, sheets, pillowcases)
- Unit dusting (kitchen, bedroom, living/dining room)
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of floor (entire unit)
- Cleaning of windows inside panes
- Balcony cleaning (floor, chairs and tables)
- Kitchen cleaning : stove, oven, refrigerator, cabinet, door microwave, coffee maker, toaster
- Restocking of amenities
- Removing of trash
- Bathroom cleaning: toilet, shower, mirrors, sink, doors and floor

- Daily or Punctual Cleaning: This service will be performed upon request and a fee will be added to your final bill based on the table below. A 24-hour notice before 5 pm is necessary. The service consists of:

- Vacuuming, sweeping of floor (entire unit)
- Loading of dishwasher
- Changing of terry
- Removing of trash

The hotel provides accessible guest rooms with entry/exit passages, bedroom passages, and bathroom passages with at least 32 inches (812 mm) of clearance. Additionally, the following public areas are accessible to guests with physical limitations via either flat or ramp access: business center, valet parking, concierge desk, elevators, exercise facility, restaurant, meeting rooms, public entrance, lobby/registration desk.

The Hyde is a beachfront property located only a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are available to Hyde guests on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
The Hyde Resort & Residences is a non-smoking hotel. Any guests caught smoking on the premises will be charged a penalty as well as a cleaning fee.

A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. If an Advance Purchase Rate is booked, a full, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Hyde’s cancellation policies vary by reservation type. Generally, guests must cancel by 6 pm local hotel time 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night room and tax charge. If your reservation was booked as an Advance Purchase or similar offer, however, it may be non-refundable regardless of your cancellation timeline. Please refer to your confirmation email or contact the Hyde to confirm the cancellation policy for your specific reservation.
Guests of the Hyde Resort traveling to/from the airport are encouraged to contact Super Shuttle, Uber/Lyft, or a local taxi company to arrange a ride.
